Executive Team

Mr. Singhal’s experience serving as NETSCOUT’s Chief Executive Officer since our founding, combined with his business expertise, industry-specific knowledge, and technical know-how, provides NETSCOUT with invaluable strategic vision and capability.

Sanjay Munshi has served as NETSCOUT’s Chief Operating Officer since June 2025. He joined NETSCOUT in 2017 as Vice President, Product Management, rising to the position of Senior Vice President of Products in 2022, before being named Deputy COO in April of 2024 in conjunction with the Company’s succession planning.

Anthony Piazza has served as NETSCOUT’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since June 2025. He joined NETSCOUT in 2015 as its Vice President of Corporate Finance and was named SVP of Corporate Finance in 2022 and Deputy Chief Financial officer in May of 2024 in conjunction with the Company’s succession planning.

John W. Downing is NETSCOUT’s Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales Operations and has overseen the Company's sales operations since 2007. In this role, Mr. Downing is responsible for directing the Company’s sales leadership in both the service provider and enterprise markets.
